Background

The following is a transcript of a police report obtained through FOIA by one of my contacts, they are unwilling to disclose the exact case number, date, or location of the event as they wish for all parties involved to stay anonymous. Some of this has been admitted to me to be altered/summized in certain areas as to further omit certain details and similarity to the actual casefile, there is nothing I can do about that at this point. The most they were willing to tell me is that this happened in 1970 in some town in alabama, key details have been censored prior to me obtaining this transcript and images included have been redrawn by my contact. My contact has also said that he has edited this trancsript for additional clairity and to "remove the southern influence". The color coding is as follows:

The following is a message my contact wanted to relay here:

"I hope none of you reading take this in the wrong way, my family was angered due to the intrusion of law enforcement into their operation. Do not take their words as negatively as this infidel wishes you to."

On the date of You Won't Win, 1970, a group of individuals were reported to have been acting suspicious in a public area late into the night. At approximately 1AM two officers approached the scene where a group of hooded individuals with strange sigils sewed on the backs and chest area were found to be standing infront of a burning crucifix in a public burnpile. The smell on the scene was reported to be reminiscint of grilled meat, and upon further inspection a small unidentified corpse (likely an animal) was seen at the foot of the crucifix in the fire. Not knowing what exactly was laying in the fire, officers quickly pulled out their sidearm, ordered all eight individuals to put their hands up, and radioed to central for backup. All eight individuals did as they were told and remained completely silent as the officers waited for backup to arrive. After backup had arrived the eight individuals were handcuffed, the fire was put out, and the body had been collected for a more qualified medical professional to take a look at. Only one of the eight were initially willing to speak with our detectives.

The two remain seated across from one another, detective Dave Shithead on one end facing the door, and a robed individual with a sigil, unlike the others from the group tattoo'd on his neck, facing the wall. The transcriber was late to the interrogation, so only a transcription of part of the conversation is available.

Do you want to explain what exactly you were caught doing tonight?

adscitus

The detective stayed silent for a moment, with a look of confusion on his face

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean. Do you speak english?

We speak similar languages

Alright then....Would you answer my question and tell me what you were doing tonight?

I was engaging in simple recreation, it was my attempt at "fitting in" so to say.

Look, what we found is more than just "recreation", do you understand the severity of this? A corpse was recovered and is being sent out AS WE SPEAK to be identified. Do you understand the boat you and your buddies are in right now?

I feel no fear towards your threats of suffering, I could have been the one cruicfied upon the burning cross tonight and I would have the same attitude.

So it was a person then?

Your cohorts witnessed the events and you had witnessed the aftermath, all you require from me is an affirmation of what you had seen, I am not your god, I give no affirmations of the sort.

I'm trying to get through to you here, just drop this weird act and speak to me like a human being. You can still get out of this with little consequences if you just tell me the truth.

I am the only person within this building that is not acting, I am what I am. I see no gain from talking to you, I recieved what I needed from my association with these dregs. You lack the potential required for my insight, I will leave you to let the gears of justice continue rotating.

The detective was unable to get any further information from this individual. This individual stayed quiet for the rest of his time in the interrogation room, not even requesting a lawyer. Further attempts at interrogating the other people in custody proved more successful, as one had broken down almost immdiately when it was being investigated as a murder case, as at the time the burnt body had yet to be identified. The other individuals confessed by the detective utilizing similar interrogative techniques. The story they had given them was that Jake Faker had been the one leading this operation, as the boys were simply a fringe group of teenage satanists performing some kind of "ritual". They were all eventually let go in a few days when word got back that the corpse was not only a deer, but one with signs of decomposition prior to the burning, suggesting it was simply roadkill they had found. The only individual they were unable to identify was the one that had spoken with them intially, as the other members claimed to not really have known him very well. He was held at the station even after the rest were released, but eventually they had to release him due to finding no evidence of further wrongdoing on his part. All of the individuals involved were given a fine for their involvement in this "littering".
