The foundation of all belief

I rear my ugly head once again here to say that the foundation of all belief comes down to "It's Just How It Is" in some way or another. There are no imperically derived moral beliefs, even the foundation of "Do Not Kill" boils down to "It's Just Bad" in both theistic and atheistic beleif. The fact of whether or not there is a creator does not change this, which inherently implies there is little difference between the reason to believe in a core morality whether it is religious or secular.
